The situation
Each hub had built its own reporting over the years. Production figures came from the historian, maintenance backlog from Maximo, safety from a separate HSE platform, and the morning call stitched them together from slides.
The executive team wanted to run the business from one operating picture. Every attempt had become a reporting project that was out of date the week it launched.

What we do in this situation
Phase 1 · Blueprint
We map how a deferral, a breakdown and a safety observation actually travel from the field to the boardroom, and define the decisions leadership needs to make from the center each day.
Phase 2 · Build & Link
Managed Link joins ERP, maintenance, historian and HSE data into one operational model. The operating center shows asset health, backlog, deferrals and open permits per site, with drill-down to the source record.
Phase 3 · Operate
We staff the platform side of the center: data pipelines, alert rules, dashboards and access, with monthly reviews alongside the operations director.
The operating center did not replace a single field system. It made all of them visible at once.
