What cookies are
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. Similar technologies include local storage, pixels and server logs. They let a site remember you between pages and visits, keep you signed in, and understand how it is used.
First-party cookies are set by us. Third-party cookies are set by another company’s service running on our Site.
Our approach
We keep cookies to a minimum. Our Site does not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, and we do not sell or share cookie data for targeted advertising. Our analytics are privacy-focused and do not use cookies to identify individual visitors.
Cookies and storage we use
| Name | Type | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
| ninjaz_session | Strictly necessary · first-party | Keeps you securely signed in to the client portal and protects against session hijacking. | Session, or until sign-out |
| ninjaz_chat | Functional · first-party | Remembers your chat assistant conversation so you can pick up where you left off and our team can follow up. | 30 days |
| theme | Preference · local storage | Remembers whether you chose the light or dark display. | Until cleared |
| Vercel Web Analytics | Analytics · first-party, cookieless | Counts page views and referrers in aggregate to help us improve the Site. Does not set cookies or build cross-site profiles. | Not stored on your device |
Our hosting and security providers may also process technical information such as IP address and request headers to deliver pages and protect the Site from abuse. These are not used to profile you.
Consent and legal basis
Strictly necessary cookies are required for the Site to work and do not need consent. Where the law requires consent for functional, preference or analytics technologies, we will ask before setting them and respect your choice. You can change your mind at any time.
How to control cookies
Most browsers let you view, block and delete cookies through their settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies will prevent you from signing in to the client portal. Clearing site data removes your theme preference and chat history.
We honour Global Privacy Control (GPC) and similar browser signals as an opt-out of any sale or sharing of personal information, although we do neither.
Changes and contact
If we add new cookies we will update this page and, where required, ask for your consent. Questions can be sent to privacy@ninjazgroup.com.
