Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) applies to everyone who uses the Site, the client portal, the chat assistant, or any system The Ninjaz Group builds, links or operates on a client’s behalf. It forms part of our Terms of Service and Client Agreements.

You may not

  • Access, probe, scan or test the vulnerability of any system or network without our written authorisation.
  • Circumvent authentication, rate limits, permissions or other security controls, or access accounts or data you are not authorised to access.
  • Upload or transmit malware, or interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Site or Services.
  • Scrape, crawl or harvest content or data by automated means, except search engines that respect our robots directives.
  • Use the Services to send unsolicited messages, or to contact individuals without the consent or legal basis required by applicable messaging and marketing laws.
  • Process data you do not have the right to process, or use the Services in a way that violates privacy, consumer-protection, anti-discrimination or other laws.
  • Use the chat assistant or AI features to generate unlawful, harmful, deceptive or infringing content, or attempt to extract system prompts, credentials or other users’ data.
  • Reverse engineer, copy or create derivative works of the Ninjaz Operating Platform or Managed Link, except as permitted by law.
  • Resell, sublicense or provide access to the Services to third parties except as permitted in a Client Agreement.
  • Misrepresent your identity or affiliation, or impersonate Ninjaz staff.

Client responsibilities

Clients remain responsible for the lawfulness of the data they connect to the Services and the instructions they give us, including providing any notices to and obtaining any consents from their own customers and staff, and for the configuration of user access within their organisation.

Responsible disclosure

If you believe you have found a security vulnerability, report it to security@ninjazgroup.com. Give us reasonable time to investigate before any disclosure, do not access more data than needed to demonstrate the issue, and do not degrade service. We will not pursue action against good-faith research that follows these rules.

Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations, remove content, suspend access and cooperate with law enforcement. Where practical and lawful, we will notify affected clients and give them an opportunity to remedy the issue. Report abuse to legal@ninjazgroup.com.
