Overview
The Integration Hub is the backbone of the platform. It connects to your DMS, ERP, CRM, accounting, telematics, ticketing, messaging and spreadsheets, maps their records to one shared model and keeps them in sync. A customer, an asset or a job means the same thing everywhere, and changes flow in both directions.

What it does
Pre-built connectors
Connectors for common DMS, ERP, CRM, accounting, messaging and field tools, plus a generic API, database and file connector for everything else.
One shared data model
Customers, assets, jobs, deals and invoices are matched across systems so duplicates are merged and IDs line up.
Two-way sync with rules
Decide which system owns each field. The hub writes changes back where they belong and logs every one.
Health monitoring
Every connector reports its last sync, error rate and backlog. Failures alert a named owner before anyone notices missing data.
