Overview
Private file storage attached to customers, deals and sites.
Private storage with role-based access and signed download links.
Links files from your document system to the record. The files stay in that system.
What it does
One file library
Contracts, quotes and reports stored against the record they belong to.
Permissions
Files follow the same roles as everything else in your DojoCOMMAND.
Templates
Generate quotes and letters from templates filled with Dojo data.
How it works
- 1
The core runs in every DojoCOMMAND from day one. Every other native app is already installed, so switching one on takes a click.

Good to know
- Files are never public. Each download needs a signed-in user with access.
