Dojo360 Native
Storefront
A branded online store built on your Dojo catalog, with product pages, cart, checkout and orders that land straight back in your Dojo.
How payments work
Your money goes straight to you. We never touch it.
- You are the merchantPayments run through your own merchant account with Stripe, Authorize.net or another supported provider. Your business name appears on the customer’s statement, and funds settle directly into your bank account.
- Dojo360 is not the processorWe never hold, move or pool your money. Refunds, disputes and chargebacks are handled between you and your provider, exactly as they are today.
- Card details never reach usCustomers enter card details on your provider’s secure hosted checkout. Dojo360 stores only references and payment status, never card numbers, which keeps your PCI scope to the lightest level.
- What your Dojo doesCreates the invoice, payment link or checkout, then reads back each verified status so orders, invoices and reports update on their own.
On its own
Sells from the products and stock in Inventory & Assets, and checks out through your own payment account.
Alongside your systems
Already on Shopify or another commerce platform? Your Dojo reads its orders and products instead, and that platform stays the store of record.
Sync: Varies by connector. Your connected app stays the system of record.
Requirements
Needs a connected app in: Payments, Merchants & BNPL.
Notes and limits
- Checkout needs your own connected payment account.
- Sales tax and VAT are worked out by your payment provider’s tax tools. Filing returns stays with your accountant.
- Shipping uses flat or table rates you set. Live carrier rates need a connected shipping app.
- Payments are processed through your own merchant account with a supported provider. Dojo360 is not a payment processor and never holds your funds.
